Landscaping

The landscaping is now almost complete! Luckily we had these great helpers. It is great to have a front yard to run in. I guess we need to buy a mower now. That should provide El a great way to learn how to drive:)

Eva and her friend Lily were talking.

E: We can have a sleepover sometime... as soon as we find out where your house is.

L: Or my Mom can come and pick you up!

E: Your Mom is beautiful.

L: I know.

Easter

Yes... I am way behind on the blogging! Here are some pictures from our lovely Easter. Rex and Jim came in from Houston. Rex and I made a delicious (I will brag as I was just sous-chef) dinner. We started with an egg hunt, followed by baskets, then a wonderful dinner.

Last weekend our community had an Easter Egg Hunt/Party. El chose to stay at her sleepover, but Eva had a blast! Hope you enjoy the pictures! El had a blast at her sleepover as well.

Cherry Bomb

I bought my car the week before El was born in 1999. At about the age of two El named her Cherry Bomb. Old Cherry Bomb had a big week. She hit 100,000 miles! I guess we know how much I have driven in the past 11 years. We have traveled together through two babies, two Houston homes, a move to Austin, and countless good times. Here's to another 100,000 miles together!
